Role & responsibilities

1. Market analysis, Financial modelling of new businesses and growth opportunities.
2. Align with stakeholders on the objectives of a projects and create respective plans to execute the same and drive it till completion (either as a lead or a team member)
3. Systematically manage a portfolio of projects (ensure resource availability in the department to deliver the projects, report progress, identify project/program/portfolio level challenges and propose solutions, escalations, drive decisions, etc.).
4. Identify and/or lead assigned operational excellence areas in existing businesses (planning to execution). Prepare a portfolio of projects and drive them (chartering, resource monitoring, milestones achievement, escalations, etc).
5. Perform analysis and deliver reports, etc. for assignments by internal business partners ( like Policy & Advocacy, investor relationships, branding, finance, etc.)
6. Create a database and conceptualize the process for conducting Market intelligence, regular reporting, and providing actionable insights to retain/achieve market leadership in existing/new businesses. Using this database,



work with BUs to establish suitable KPIs and handover the ownership (to take it forward) to relevant BUs.

Education - B. Tech from premier colleges (IITs, NITs) followed by an MBA (General Management, Strategy, Energy Economics, etc.) from premier institutes (IIM, ISB, equivalent) Relevant Experience -
1. 4 to 7 years experience preferably in the energy sector, conceptualizing and implementing recent businesses from concept.
2. Experience of conceptualizing and leading operational excellence projects in an industry with similar complexities (assessed business models and value chain of competition and benchmarked KPIs to increase product/project profitability; retaining and expanding market share, increase NPI speed, supply chain resilience, etc.)
3. Has demonstrated growth mindset anchored to customer success and USP (helped create new revenue streams, lead market expansion - geographic/products & services, etc)
4. Ideally, has also experience working in innovative companies and setting up innovation processes (e.g., creating Innovation Centres, external partnerships, etc.)
