We are looking for an experienced Lead Aviation Trainer to deliver high-quality training for Commercial Pilot License (CPL) ground subjects and Cabin Crew programs, while leading curriculum development and student mentoring.
•Conduct CPL ground classes (DGCA syllabus).
•Deliver Cabin Crew & Ground Staff training.
•Develop study material, mock tests, and assessments.
•Mentor students for interviews and airline •preparation.
•Maintain training records and batch performance.
•Ensure DGCA and aviation industry standards are followed.

Requirements
