What We’re Looking For

- 6–8+ years in digital acquisition / growth / performance marketing
- 3–5 years leading digital/growth teams
- Strong experience with Meta, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, CRM & attribution
- Proven experience in high-ticket, sales-assisted businesses
- Robust commercial mindset with ownership of acquisition economics and revenue
