SOCIAL MEDIA AND LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE

RGB GROUP LIMITED is looking for a creative result oriented and experienced Social Media and Lead Generation Executive to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and grow company social media accounts including Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and YouTube

Create and schedule creative social media posts posters reels videos and promotional content

Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Meta Google and other relevant platforms

Generate quality B2B leads worldwide through digital marketing and online platforms

Develop and implement lead generation strategies for international markets

Handle SEO activities including keyword research on page SEO and basic off page SEO

Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads and optimize campaigns for better results

Create attractive marketing posters banners and product creatives

Research international markets competitors products and potential customers

Identify and use relevant advertising resources directories B2B platforms and lead generation tools

Track leads campaign performance website traffic and conversions





Prepare regular reports on leads advertising performance engagement and return on investment

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in Digital Marketing Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Google Ads and SEO

Valuable knowledge of Canva Photoshop or similar graphic design tools

Experience in generating international and B2B leads

Good research communication and analytical skills

Ability to create engaging and professional marketing content

Knowledge of Google Analytics Google Search Console and SEO tools will be an advantage

Creative mindset with a strong focus on generating measurable results
