Role Description The Lead GEO & AEO Specialist is a full time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for leading Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives to improve client visibility across search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms. Day-to-day activities include conducting technical and AI-focused SEO audits, designing and implementing GEO and AEO strategies, and optimizing structured data and schema to enhance AI citations and answer coverage.

The specialist collaborates with content, product,



and engineering teams to build AI-ready content architectures, refine agentic marketing systems, and align optimization efforts with performance metrics such as qualified traffic, lead generation, and revenue impact. The role also involves monitoring performance, interpreting analytics, running experiments, and translating complex insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications
