Key Responsibilities

Engage with U.S./UK prospects through outbound calls and professional communication.

Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.

Upsell products and services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain excellent product and industry knowledge.

Manage your sales pipeline and daily activities effectively.

Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals.

What We're Looking For

Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Proven experience in outbound calling and inside sales.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated, energetic,



and target-driven.

Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.

Creative thinking with sound decision-making skills.

Ability to perform under pressure.

Effective team player with a proactive attitude.

- Basic computer proficiency.

Job Details

? Location: Andheri (Sakinaka), Mumbai

?️ Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

? Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM after training Shift time-6.30pm to 3.30pm
