We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in the staffing, recruitment or RPO industry to support our international business development efforts.

The role is focused on identifying the right companies, reaching the right decision-makers and creating qualified sales opportunities across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify companies that have ongoing or upcoming recruitment and workforce requirements.
- Build targeted B2B prospect lists across UK, USA, Canada and other international markets.
- Identify and reach relevant HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and business decision-makers.
- Execute prospecting campaigns through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email, databases and web research.
- Personalise outreach based on the prospect's business, hiring activity and recruitment requirements.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert conversations into qualified meetings for the BD team.
- Monitor responses, qualify opportunities and maintain accurate pipeline/activity data.




- Research new markets, industries and accounts to continuously expand the prospect pipeline.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

What We’re Looking For:-
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in lead generation, business development or inside sales within staffing/recruitment/RPO.
- Strong understanding of how staffing and recruitment companies acquire clients.
- Experience generating international B2B leads, preferably across the UK, USA, Canada or Australia.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, CRM and lead research tools.
- Robust ability to research accounts, find decision-makers and identify genuine business opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly target-driven with a focus on qualified opportunities and meetings rather than simply lead volume.
