Our support includes manuscript editing, journal selection, responding to reviewer comments, and submission support for Scopus-, Web of Science-, and EI-indexed journals. Our clients come from India, Malaysia, China, the Middle East and other countries.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven person with a sales mindset who also understands the academic world. You will find new clients, start conversations, follow up patiently, and turn interested researchers into paying clients. You will handle both Indian and foreign leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and build lists of potential clients such as PhD scholars, early career researchers and faculty members in India and abroad.
- Use LinkedIn, ResearchGate, Google Scholar, university department pages and conference lists to find the right people.
- Keep every lead list accurate, organised and free of duplicates.
- Reply to incoming enquiries from WhatsApp, email,



the website and social media quickly and professionally.
- Send personalised outreach messages to recent prospects. No bulk spam.
- Follow up with leads regularly and politely until there is a clear yes or no.

How we will measure your work

- Number of qualified leads handed to the business development team each week
- Number of consultation calls booked
- Number of new partnerships started

Qualifications

- A Master's degree (completed or final year) in any field. Management, commerce, life sciences, engineering, social sciences and similar fields are all welcome.
- Some research exposure, such as a dissertation, thesis, research project or published paper.
- Excellent written English. Most of this job happens on WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
- Confident spoken English for calls.
- Prior experience in sales, lead generation, business development, client servicing or a similar internship.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business and email.
