Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation for IT services/software companies .

The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of Claude, Lusha, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and should be comfortable researching prospects, identifying decision-makers, building targeted databases, and generating qualified leads for IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads for IT services and software solutions.
- Research and identify potential clients across international markets, particularly the USA, UK, and other relevant regions .
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with relevant prospects and decision-makers.
- Use Apollo and Lusha for prospect research, contact discovery, email verification, and building targeted lead lists.
- Use Claude and other AI tools to support prospect research, personalization, market research,



and lead-generation activities.
- Identify key decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CIOs, Directors, and Business Heads .
- Build, maintain, and regularly update accurate prospect databases.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, cold email, and other relevant channels .
- Research companies to understand their business needs and identify potential opportunities for IT services.
- Qualify prospects based on company profile, business requirements, potential project needs, and decision-making authority.
- Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team and share qualified leads for further conversion.
- Maintain proper records of lead-generation activities and prospect interactions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication.
- Track lead-generation metrics, response rates, qualified leads, and overall performance.
- Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
