About the Role

We're hiring an International Lead Generation Specialist to drive inbound client acquisition purely through organic social media — no paid advertising. You'll own audience growth and lead capture across Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and X (Twitter), turning engaged followers into qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute organic lead generation strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and X

- Grow and engage international audiences of active and prospective forex/gold traders across GCC, Europe, and Southeast Asia

- Create and manage content calendars aligned with market activity and trading signal releases

- Identify and engage relevant trading communities, groups, and forums to build brand visibility

- Qualify and route inbound leads to the sales team via established workflows (WhatsApp/CRM)

- Track engagement metrics, follower growth, and lead conversion rates; report on what's working

- Stay current on platform algorithm changes and community best practices to keep growth organic and compliant

- Collaborate with the marketing team on messaging, positioning,



and compliant outreach practices for financial services

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in organic social media growth, community management, or lead generation

- Prior experience in financial services, fintech, forex, or trading content is strongly preferred

- Proven track record of growing engaged audiences without paid ad spend

- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and X platform dynamics

- Excellent written communication skills; comfortable creating content for international audiences

- Ability to work across time zones and engage culturally diverse audiences (Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia)

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable owning a growth function independently

Nice to Have

- Existing familiarity with forex or gold (XAU/USD) trading terminology

- Experience with lead routing tools (WhatsApp Business API, CRM, or automation platforms like n8n)

- Prior work building or moderating trading-related online communities
