Shlokin Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Sales team at Pitampura, Delhi (On-site).
Shlokin Digital works across Online Reputation Management (ORM), Digital PR, SEO and strategic digital marketing, helping brands, corporates, founders, CEOs, HNIs and organisations build and strengthen their digital presence.
### Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling and online research
- Identify decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, MDs, CMOs and Marketing/PR Heads
- Build prospect databases and conduct regular follow-ups
- Personalise outreach based on business requirements and digital presence
- Identify potential ORM, PR and digital marketing opportunities
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
- Maintain lead records and coordinate with internal teams
### What We’re Looking For
✔ Freshers are welcome
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Strong internet research abilities
✔ Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Google and Excel/Google Sheets
✔ Confidence in communicating with professionals
✔ Positive follow-up and relationship-building skills
✔ Proactive and target-oriented approach
✔ Willingness to learn B2B sales and lead generation

? Timing: Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
