Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mulshi. This position focuses on identifying and qualifying current business opportunities by sourcing and validating prospect data across target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential customers, building and maintaining prospect lists,



initiating contact through calls, emails, and social channels, and nurturing leads to move them into the sales pipeline.

The role also involves collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead criteria, track lead performance, and refine outreach strategies based on data insights. The specialist is expected to use CRM and related tools to document activities, update lead status, and report on lead generation metrics.

Qualifications

- B2B prospecting & lead qualification
- Hands-on experience with BANT qualification
- Experience with MQL & HQL campaigns
- Whitepaper/content-based lead generation experience
- Cold calling, email & LinkedIn outreach
- MS Excel & internet research skills
