Role Overview

We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist responsible for identifying and engaging mid-to-large-size brands interested in listing and advertising on RankFirms.

Your main responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for our Sales Team to close.

This is a full time, remote position offering a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive company growth through outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Identify and target decision-makers (Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, Founders, CMOs)
- Build and manage high-quality contact lists
- Create and optimize email sequences and outreach campaigns




- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to book qualified meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline updates
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team for smooth lead handoffs

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Development / Lead Generation
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working in remote and fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of KPIs
