Role:B2B Lead Generation Specialist / Inside Sales

Experience Required:2 to 4 years

Location: CG Road, Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Work Schedule: US Shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST) | Monday to Friday (5-day work week)

Compensation:₹15,000 – ₹22,000 / month + Uncapped Performance Incentives

What You’ll Do

Generate qualified B2B leads using cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and targeted email outreach.

Engage directly with C-level executives and key decision-makers across US target industries.

Qualify prospects, handle objections, and identify active business opportunities.

Schedule high-value appointments for the core sales team.

Track daily outreach, pipeline activity, and prospect data to hit weekly targets.

What We’re Looking For

1–4 years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales.





Robust LinkedIn presence:* Candidates with multiple active profiles and an established network of connections will be given high priority.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills tailored for US clients.

Proven ability to turn objection handling into meaningful business conversations.

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
