As a Lead Generator, you will play a critical role at the top of our sales funnel - identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads for our design and development services. You will be responsible for driving consistent lead flow through targeted outreach across multiple platforms, ensuring monthly targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients through email marketing, LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and other B2B marketplaces.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound campaigns - including cold emails, personalized messaging, and platform bidding.
- Maintain and update CRM records to track outreach activities and lead progress.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, targeting, and conversion strategies.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to the business development team for closure.




- Provide insights on outreach performance and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Required Skills Qualifications:

- Basic experience in lead generation, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS, or IT services environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid research, analytical, and data management abilities.
- Basic knowledge with tools like Google Sheets, CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.
- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C lead generation strategies and the sales funnel process.
