Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Executive role based in Ghaziabad.

The Lead Generation

Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, building and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients, and supporting the sales team with accurate lead information. Daily tasks include conducting market research, gathering data on target customers, reaching out via phone, email, and digital channels, and recording interactions in the CRM system. The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and meet performance targets.





The position requires consistent follow-up, reporting on lead progress, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and handling New Leads to build and manage a strong prospect pipeline.
- Experience in Market Research to identify potential customers, understand industry trends, and analyze competitor activities.
- Robust Communication skills for engaging prospects, conducting outreach, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Basic Sales skills to support conversion efforts, understand customer needs, and align leads with appropriate offerings.
- Proficiency with CRM or lead management tools and common productivity software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Preferred: Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, and a relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
