The Role

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Lead Generation Executive to join our Business Development team.

You will support new business development through prospect research, lead generation and business outreach. We’re looking for someone who is curious, resourceful and able to identify promising commercial opportunities rather than simply build lists.

Key Responsibilities

- Research prospective companies and business contacts.
- Support B2B lead generation and business development activity.
- Conduct professional prospect outreach and follow-up.
- Identify and research potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and organised prospect information.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to support new client acquisition.

What We’re Looking For





- Intermediate or above written and spoken English.
- Strong online research skills.
- Good commercial awareness and curiosity.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation.
- Confidence communicating professionally with business contacts.
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new technology.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Previous B2B lead generation, sales prospecting or business development experience is advantageous, but not essential. We are open to candidates with strong transferable skills and the right aptitude.

Specialist knowledge of Nucleus’s services is not required. Training will be provided.

The Prospect

This is a fully remote role based in India, offering exposure to international business and global markets while developing your skills in B2B lead generation and business development.
