Role Description The Lead Generation Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Indore. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads through outbound calls.

The Lead Generation

Executive collaborates closely with the sales and customer support teams to schedule meetings, share prospect insights, and support conversion efforts. Daily activities include meeting lead generation targets,



preparing basic reports on pipeline status, and ensuring a professional, customer-focused approach in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Ability to generate and manage New Leads and demonstrate strong Lead Generation capabilities.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Basic to intermediate Sales skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and support the sales pipeline.
- Prior experience in BPO, customer support, or inside sales is an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online research platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Indore and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
