About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to build a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B leads through outbound prospecting and campaign outreach. You'll own tool-driven lead sourcing, cold outreach, and handoff of qualified opportunities to our sales/business development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and build targeted prospect lists using tools such as Lusha, Apollo.io, or Easy Leads Research and identify decision-makers across target industries (FMCG, e-commerce, pharma, food, retail) Execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling Conduct cold calls to qualify prospect interest and set up discovery meetings for the sales team Maintain a consistent daily/weekly outreach cadence Maintain accurate,



real-time lead status in the CRM Track daily/weekly lead numbers — sourced, contacted, qualified, and converted to meetings Maintain visibility on leads that convert to revenue and share regular performance reports with leadership

What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or outbound prospecting Hands-on experience with Lusha, Apollo.io, Easy Leads, or similar B2B lead-sourcing tools Demonstrated experience in cold calling and outbound campaign outreach Strong CRM discipline and a target-driven mindset Candidates from the warehousing or cold chain industry strongly preferred

Good to Have
- Prior experience generating leads for warehousing, cold chain, or logistics services Experience working alongside a field/BD sales team Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
