ASR Motiontech Pvt. Ltd. is a Kolkata-based supplier of industrial bearings, power transmission products and engineering spares, serving manufacturers, dealers and plant maintenance teams across Eastern India. We're growing fast and looking for a sharp, organised person to build our sales pipeline and keep our customer data in order.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, IndiaMART, JustDial, Google, industry directories, our website and social media
- Make cold calls, send emails and WhatsApp messages to introduce our products to factories, OEMs, contractors and dealers
- Enter, update and manage all leads, contacts and deals in Zoho CRM
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations on time until they close or are marked lost
- Track referral and dealer leads and make sure none are missed
- Schedule meetings and calls for the sales team/management
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions and pipeline status
- Keep customer and product data clean, accurate and up to date

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA / B.Com / B.Sc preferred)
- 1–3 years' experience in lead generation, tele-sales, inside sales or CRM handling (freshers with strong communication may apply)




- Hands-on experience with any CRM (Zoho CRM preferred)
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Transparent spoken and written English, Hindi and Bengali
- Comfortable making calls and following up persistently Organised, disciplined and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of industrial products/bearings is a plus, not mandatory
