Detailed :

- Lead L1/L2functional support for HFM and PBCS users

- Manage dataloads, reconciliations, system validations, and month-end close support

- Support budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and financial reporting processes

- Develop andmaintain Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and KPIs

- Monitordata integrations, refresh schedules, and reporting accuracy

- Partner with Finance, Business, and IT stakeholders to resolve issues and deliverenhancements

- Lead a teamof analysts, drive SLA adherence, and support continuous improvement initiatives

- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories

KEY SKILLS: Robust expertise to manage and support enterprise FP&A; applications including HFM,PBCS, and Power BI.
