We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer (Immediate joiners with 5+years Experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. Must be comfortable working across the entire technology stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and databases, and can work within a cross functional team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications
- Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks
- Develop secure, scalable back-end APIs and services
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high quality solutions
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning




- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices

Required Qualifications

- Development Experience of 5-6 years
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies React, Angular, JavaScript/ TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Vue.
- Strong proficiency in back-end technologies Node.js, Java, Python, etc.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Understanding of Database management like proxies, read replicas and pools etc
- Understanding of github management like push protections, security, branching strategy etc
- Understanding of secure coding practices
- Very positive understanding and working knowledge of databases Postgress & Mongo & Dynamo.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS and Azure
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Deep Understanding of distributed queue systems like Kafka , SOS
- Hands-on experience on GraphDB
- Hands-on experience on Elasticsearch
- Familiarity with system design and scalable architecture
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
