Generate quarterly and annual fund consolidated financialstatements

Develop MIS Modules for Management Information systems and ensureall MIS reports for management reporting are streamlined.

Adhere to all legal provisions of re-licensing and statutory duesand ensure that all fees and other statutory payments are done on time.

Review the hospital accounting procedures and systems in a mannerthat will ensure the hospital meet all the statutory and regulatoryrequirements at all times.

Manage the auditing and taxation processes of the hospital whichmeets the necessary statutory requirements.

Review and monitor the cash balances and ensure sufficient yetoptimal availability of the cash balances to finance property acquisitions andworking capital requirements





Monitoring and managing risks including currency, interest rate,liquidity and credit

Manage the receivable and payable accounts of the hospital in anaccurate manner which meets the overall financial requirements anddeadlines

Liaise with auditors as part of annual audit and ad hoc investorrequests

Champion the cause of continuous improvements ininternal controls and systems enhancements to ensure effective control andrecording of transactions
