Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC &

- Plumbing Engineer to manage, design, and deliver engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in US building codes, HVAC/Plumbing calculations, project coordination, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- HVAC Design &
- Calculations:

Perform heat/cooling load calculations using HAP or Trane Trace. Size and layout hydronic systems, CHW, HW, WSHP, and air-side systems (VAV, CV).

- Plumbing Design: Layout and size fundamental plumbing systems including storm, sanitary, vent, water, and gas. Calculate DFU/WSFU loads and size equipment/piping.

- Project &

- Team Leadership:

Manage work plans, deliverables, and budgets across multiple projects while mentoring junior designers.

- Documentation &

- Coordination:

Create narratives (Basis of Design) for SD, DD, and CD level documents. Prepare equipment schedules, details, and specifications.





- Inter-disciplinary Coordination: Coordinate effectively with MEPFP, architectural, and structural teams.

Qualifications &

- Skills

- Software Proficiency: Expert in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

- Technical Experience: Strong grasp of engineering principles, load calculations (HAP/Trane Trace), and US code compliance.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating with US-based leadership and clients.

- Shift Requirement: Flexibility to work standard office hours (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST) with periodic overlap shifts (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST) for US team coordination.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
