About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering qualified to lead the execution, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems for utility-scale wind power projects. The role will be responsible for electrical infrastructure associated with Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs), substations, transmission lines, SCADA integration, and project handover activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead electrical construction and commissioning activities for wind farm projects.
- Manage installation and commissioning of WTGs, substations (PSS/USS), switchyards, and 33 kV transmission lines.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Review engineering drawings, commissioning procedures, and technical documentation.
- Oversee SCADA communication systems, grounding systems, lightning protection systems, and auxiliary electrical works.
- Manage contractor billing, JMR certification,



invoice verification, and material reconciliation.
- Ensure closure of punch points and successful project handover to the O&M; team.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure project success.

Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in renewable energy or power projects.
- Hands-on experience in execution and commissioning of wind power projects.
- Experience handling electrical works for projects of 50 MW or above preferred.

- Working knowledge of SAP (PO, GRN, SRN, Service Entry, Invoice Processing) will be an advantage.
