About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering qualified to lead the execution, installation, testing, and commissioning of utility-scale solar power projects. The role will be responsible for managing AC/DC electrical systems, substations, transmission lines, SCADA systems, and coordination with EPC contractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead electrical construction and commissioning activities for utility-scale solar power projects.
- Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of Inverters, IDTs, SCB/SMB, Electrical Panels, AC & DC systems, and associated equipment.
- Oversee substation, switchyard, and transmission line execution activities.
- Ensure smooth implementation of SCADA systems, plant earthing, weather monitoring systems, CCTV, and auxiliary electrical infrastructure.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project quality, safety, cost, and schedule compliance.
- Prepare and review project progress reports and drive milestone achievement.
- Handle contractor billing, JMR certification, invoice verification,



material reconciliation, and project documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to ensure timely commissioning and project completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 10-15 years of experience in Solar EPC project execution.
- Hands-on experience in construction and commissioning of utility-scale solar power plants.
- Experience handling solar projects of 100 MW or higher will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Solar Power Plant Electrical Systems
- SCADA
- Substations & Switchyards
- Transmission Lines
- Relay & Protection Systems
- HT/LT Electrical Systems
- Testing & Commissioning

- Working knowledge of SAP for material management, service entries, and invoice processing will be an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to project sites as per business requirements.
