Responsibilities

- Academic Leadership Content Alignment: Ensure training quality and content relevance through regular reviews and planning cycles.
- Academic Leadership Content Alignment: Facilitate contextualisation of training materials and assessments for Tripuras state context.
- Academic Leadership Content Alignment: Support in validation of academic documents frameworks, blueprints, and question papers.
- Academic Leadership Content Alignment: Collect, analyse, and act on feedback from field stakeholders and teacher participants.
- Project Coordination Implementation: Lead implementation of training and assessment events in collaboration with state counterparts.
- Project Coordination Implementation: Plan and track academic deliverables in coordination with cross-functional internal teams.
- Project Coordination Implementation: Coordinate field visits, data collection, and documentation efforts.

Contribute to weekly/monthly reports and project reviews.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact between Ei and government officials in Tripura.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins and co-planning sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present program updates and findings to government officials and key partners.

Qualifications and Experience

- Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of work experience in education project implementation, content development, or teacher training.
- Prior experience working with government school systems is preferred.
