? Hiring | Design Lead / Head of Brand Design

We are looking for a hands-on Design Lead / Head of Brand Design to lead creative execution across food/FMCG brands and other businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Create marketing creatives, banners & retail displays
- Develop packaging artwork and print-ready designs
- Design websites and coordinate with development agencies
- Manage external creative agencies and printers
- Convert management briefs into executable design solutions
- Ensure designs are taken from concept to production

What We're Looking For

✅ 5–8 years of design experience

✅ Minimum 3 years with a branding/advertising agency

✅ Robust portfolio across Print, Retail,



Packaging & Web

✅ Experience managing printers, agencies & developers

✅ FMCG/Food industry experience is a plus

✅ NID / IDC / Srishti / MIT-ID preferred, but not mandatory

❌ Not looking for freshers or pure brand strategists.
