- 7+ years of data engineering experience, 10+ years overall.
- 6 to 8 delivered Databricks projects with hands-on development.
- Databricks Qualified certification preferred, but not a hard requirement.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of Spark, CI/CD, GenAI and MLOps concepts, platform breadth, and optimization.
