In this role, you will lead the Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement agenda within a dynamic manufacturing environment, driving Lean transformation and sustainable business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness through Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Value Stream Management methodologies. The position offers an opportunity to coach and develop Continuous Improvement capabilities, influence organizational culture, and deliver measurable impact across factory operations while supporting world-class manufacturing excellence.

Responsibilities

- Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across operations through the deployment of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and Operational Excellence principles.
- Lead strategic transformation programs focused on improving productivity, quality, cost efficiency, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by engaging employees, promoting structured problem-solving, and embedding CI practices across all functions.
- Drive factory-wide Lean transformation initiatives, focusing on waste elimination, process standardization, value stream optimization, and sustainable performance improvements.
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects and Kaizen events, ensuring timely execution, measurable business impact, and effective realization of benefits.
- Steer and sustain the 5S program and visual management practices, ensuring workplace organization and operational discipline across the manufacturing facility.
- Develop organizational Lean Six Sigma capability through coaching, mentoring, and certification programs across Blue Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt levels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report key CI metrics, while collaborating with business leaders to identify improvement opportunities, benchmark best practices,



and drive operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

Must Have

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with 15 plus years of experience, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma deployment within a manufacturing setting.
- Experience driving factory-wide Lean transformation, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), TPM, 5S, and visual management programs.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional improvement projects that deliver measurable results in productivity, quality, cost, and efficiency.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring capabilities with experience developing Lean Six Sigma practitioners and CI champions.
- Experience participating in business excellence frameworks, industry benchmarking, and operational excellence award programs.

Nice to Have

- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt with hands-on experience in problem-solving tools, Kaizen facilitation, and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive cultural transformation across diverse teams.e
