- Liaise with government departments, local authorities, PSUs, and regulatory bodies for project approvals and clearances.
- Obtain statutory approvals, permits, licenses, NOCs, and regulatory compliances required for project execution.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with departments such as Railways, NHAI, Revenue, Irrigation, Electricity, Municipal Corporations, and Pollution Control Boards.




- Monitor and track approval status, ensuring timely submission of documents and follow-ups.
- Support project teams in resolving regulatory and operational issues.
- Handle project-related documentation, correspondence, and compliance records.
- Represent the organization in meetings, discussions, and negotiations with government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide regular status reports to management on approvals, issues, and stakeholder interactions.
