Construction Strategy Lead - Lower Parel (HO)

The role is a very hands-on role and provides in-direct control over the project and ensure project runs smooth and provide complete visibility to the senior leadership of the organization. Key role expectations are:

- Having overall control / knowhow on the project by way of collecting data & coordinating with internal & external stakeholders •Reviewing and tracking Annual operating plan. Monitor approvals and statutory requirements of the projects •Monitoring project plan and review progress. Ensuring smooth coordination between department in overall interest of the project and deliverables. •Tracking budget and CTC. Market benchmarking. MIS & Dashboards. •Risk & Change Management. Support in implementation of necessary processes and systems. •Proactively raising delays, risks & alerts and having necessary data points so that decisions can be made. Recommend improvements in field of cost, planning, project phasing, processes etc. •Exposure to Business development and current project acquisitions. •Good knowhow about Mumbai real estate norms, slum redevelopment projects etc.

- MSP, Auto Cad, skilled in MS Office & presentation
