We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineering professional to lead civil construction activities for utility-scale solar projects. The role will be responsible for planning, execution, quality, safety, contractor management, and timely completion of project milestones across multiple construction work fronts.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end civil construction activities for large-scale solar projects.
- Manage land boundary finalization, topographical surveys, geotechnical investigations, pull-out and lateral load tests.
- Oversee piling, MMS structure installation, equipment foundations, MCR, ICR, switchyard, roads, drainage, and site development works.
- Ensure project execution as per approved schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with land acquisition, procurement, electrical, and project management teams.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site resources.
- Handle project budgeting, cost optimization, vendor billing,



invoice certification, and material reconciliation.
- Review daily progress, identify project risks, and implement corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 10-15 years of experience in Solar EPC project construction.
- Experience leading civil execution for utility-scale solar projects of 100 MW or higher.

- Knowledge of SAP, billing processes, and project documentation will be preferred.
