- Define capex budgeting framework, approval workflows and DOA compliance for capex spend.
- Track commitments vs budgets; run periodic forecasting and variance analysis for capex lines.
- Ensure WBS/CTC mapping and capex coding integrity in ERP/SAP; fix exceptions promptly.
- Govern CWIP ageing, capitalization policies and timely transfer to fixed assets with documentation.
- Maintain asset register integrity and run reconciliations; support audits and observation closures.
- Align capex phasing to project milestones and funding drawdowns; manage end-use reporting.
- Validate capex payment support documents; enforce controls and segregation of duties.
- Publish capex MIS (utilization, ageing, capitalization status, risks) for leadership reviews.

Qualififcation
Essential CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com from a recognized Indian institution; qualification to match role seniority.
Desirable/Preferable CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) with exposure to real estate, project finance or treasury systems.
