Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing, Supply chain, B2B Retail domain Experience of 6 to 8 years is a must Experience of SDLC of mobile and web Retail, Manufacturing, ERP and supply chain applications. Business and Data Analytics and inference the data which can be converted into business opportunities and Experience in writing functional design documentation required Experience in working with SAAS bases systems, like AEM products, Intershop , Dell Boomi preferred Experience in tracking all the EPIC, features work in a ticketing system such as Jira Excellent in Customer , Stakeholders and team communication skills, Negotiation ,Scope change management Experience in customer presentation, demonstration of the Retail /Ecommerce ,BOM applications and Salesforce applications

Prepare high-quality Business Requirement document

Conducting demos or presentations to customers, team and stakeholders Able to gather client requirements and translate functionality into Business requirement documents. The business Analyst will provide support for Marketing and sales activities.

Experience in working with Agile project management and ability to create wireframes, write user stories and acceptance criteria.

Should be able to clearly understand the needs of a client and recommend a IT solution. Play an key role in making the customer visualizations come true in the form of software applications.

Work with Tech lead/Architect/Engg manager to come up with Design the solution approach, propose alternatives,



and document pros and cons to facilitate architectural decisions

Prepare detailed functional and design documents required for integration development Analyze the functional solution approach to identify potential bottlenecks and articulate nonfunctional requirements

Conduct and drive client workshop sessions, get necessary clarifications and document key Functional and technical decisions

Work closely with the engineering team and Enterprise Architect to realize the enterprise vision for the future and build products

Skills Required

Requirements Engineering: Experience writing clear business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specs, use cases, and user stories within Agile/Scrum environments.

D ata & Reporting Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, XLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Enterprise Systems: Hands-on experience or familiarity with ERP applications (such as Oracle), CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), and E-commerce platforms.

Process & Controls: Understanding of internal controls, risk management frameworks (like Sarbanes-Oxley or COSO), and quality auditing.

Experience 6-8 Years and with BE, B-Tech or MBA
