We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in HR and Payroll technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with senior HR and Payroll stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
- Lead requirements-gathering meetings and workshops.
- Analyse HR/Payroll processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional/solution requirements.
- Work closely with developers and technical teams to define and deliver solutions.
- Support testing, implementation, and project delivery.

Required Experience:

- Robust experience as a Business Analyst in HR/Payroll technology .
- Good understanding of HR business processes.




- Experience delivering technology projects and working with development teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
