Your role:

As an Application Support Specialist your main responsibilities will include:

- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and operational support across a portfolio of Procurement, Risk Management, and related enterprise applications.
- Manage incidents, escalations, problems, and service requests, working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to restore service and resolve issues.
- Analyze recurring issues, identify root causes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of applications, processes, support services, and user experience.




- Configure and administer applications, support integrations, perform release validation and testing, and ensure the ongoing stability and performance of supported platforms.
- Create, maintain, and enhance application, support, and knowledge documentation (SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and support procedures) to ensure effective service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI-powered tools, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, knowledge management, and support effectiveness.

Your Skills and Experience:

As an Application Support Specialist your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

Must have:

- 2-5 years of experience in 2nd or 3rd level enterprise application support, including application configuration, access management, integration support, release testing, and technical administration of cloud-based or SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps ways of working.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and end users.
- Basic programming or scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Practical experience using AI-powered productivity and development tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to enhance troubleshooting, research, documentation, knowledge management, and operational efficiency.
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts, capabilities, limitations, and responsible use, including data privacy, security, and validation of AI-generated outputs.
- Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

- Experience using APIs (REST), JSON, and automation tools.
- Knowledge of enterprise Procurement, Risk Management, or other business-critical applications and their associated business processes.
