Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage campaign analytics, reporting, and commission calculations.
- Calculate and validate commissions to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Perform weekly production, quality, and financial validations across campaigns.
- Support incentive management including SPIFs, client-funded incentives, and field bonuses.
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and Excel reports for business and leadership insights.
- Perform forecasting and variance analysis to support decision-making.

Experience Required:

- 6–10 years of experience in analytics, reporting,



and financial analysis.
- Solid financial background with excellent Advanced Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience in FP&A;, Budgeting, Forecasting, Costing, Reconciliation, Variance Analysis, Financial Reporting, and Financial Modelling
- Strong experience with Tableau dashboard development and reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for calculations and data analysis.
- Experience in financial reporting, commission validation, and P&L; analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and data quality.

Note: Comfortable working in Night Shift and Immediate Joiner preferred.

Education: Any Graduation.
