Summary:

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Python, machine learning, statistical modeling, pricing and promotion analytics, and cloud-based analytics platforms (preferably GCP).



This role requires strong leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional analytics teams while partnering closely with business stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes.

The candidate should have robust experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM), with expertise in pricing, promotion effectiveness, demand modeling, and commercial analytics.

Location: Hyderabad(On the need basis).

Shift Timing: Normal(Day Shift). End of Curated JD.

: The Data Science Tech Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end technical scoping and delivery of advanced analytics projects, ensuring they meet business and performance requirements with precision and measurable impact. This role combines expert-level Python and machine learning expertise, and familiarity with GCP, alongside strong stakeholder management, solution design guidance, and project execution to drive data-driven value across commerce, consumer, and supply chain functions.

Lead acts as a strategic partner to CPG business teams while managing cross-functional analytics delivery teams for timely, high-quality statistical and ML solutions. The lead also ensures solutions adhere to IT and coding best practices while aligning with CPG business needs. Well versed with Pricing promo modeling having strong background in RGM/CPG.
