- 4-8 years of experience in an ambulatory surgery center or related field (AR calling/AR expertise preferred).
- Solid understanding of ambulatory surgery processes and protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
