DREAMS is an early-stage entertainment company building original stories for a new generation of Indian audiences.

We’re hiring a hands-on Lead AI Filmmaker to help create our first slate of films and series. You’ll work directly with the founders and a fellow creative specialist, shaping the stories, visual style and production process from the beginning.

What you’ll do

- Turn story ideas into scripts, storyboards and finished scenes.
- Direct characters, performances, camera movement and visual style using AI tools.
- Keep characters, locations and shots consistent throughout a story.
- Work across generation, editing, dialogue, sound and final delivery.
- Build a repeatable production process that balances quality, time and generation costs.
- Collaborate with our AI Video Creator & Editor, giving clear feedback and solving creative problems together.

What we’re looking for

- A portfolio showing storytelling, pacing and visual judgment.
- Practical experience with tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo or comparable platforms.




- Confidence with an editing tool such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- An understanding of Indian audiences, emotional stakes and compelling story openings.
- Someone who can take a scene from an idea to a finished result and improve it through feedback.

Film, animation, advertising, independent creator and studio backgrounds are all welcome. Your work matters more than your degree or previous employer.
