Role & Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for enterprise web platforms.

- Develop scalable and high-performance AEM applications using Java, Sling Models, OSGi services, and JCR.

- Build and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.

- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

- Manage software releases, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using AEM Cloud Manager.

- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application stability, performance, and security.

- Participate in client discussions, provide technical guidance, and drive best practices across projects.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and AEM capabilities.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong expertise in AEM 6.5 / AEM as a Cloud Service, Java/J2EE, Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR/CRX.

- Experience developing AEM components, templates, workflows, servlets, and content management solutions.

- Frontend knowledge of HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React.js.

- Hands-on experience with AEM Cloud Manager, Maven, Git, and CI/CD processes.

- Valuable understanding of Dispatcher caching, performance optimization, and security best practices.

- Experience integrating AEM with REST APIs, Adobe products, and external platforms.

- Proven experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring engineers.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
