Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting professional at the Lead Accounts Analyst level to manage key GL accounting and month-end close activities. The role will focus on improving reconciliation quality, resolving aged items, standardizing processes, and strengthening financial controls.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

· Manage GL accounting activities, including revenue booking, prepaids, accruals, and month-end close.

· Review account reconciliations and drive resolution of aged/open items.

· Standardize reconciliation processes and develop and maintain SOPs across entities.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.

· Identify process/control gaps and drive process improvements and standardization.

· Monitor progress and provide regular updates on reconciliations and outstanding items.

· Provide guidance to team members and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Education, Experience, and Requirements

· B.Com/MBA or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience.

· Strong knowledge of GL accounting, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and month-end close

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.





· Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines independently.
