- Experience supporting pharmaceutical product launches
- Strong commercial and launch execution experience
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of launch dynamics and timelines
- Experience with RAID logs, dashboards, and project trackers
- Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and quarterly spend plans
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with senior leadership

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate launch activities and ensure timely execution
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, and financial status
- Manage cross-functional meetings, workshops, and reporting
- Consolidate project inputs into standardized formats
- Support strategic decision-making and issue resolution
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and regular status updates
