Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a cross-functional Laravel development team, ensuring delivery of high-quality, testable, and maintainable code on tight deadlines.
- Architect scalable Laravel applications with clean separation of concerns, leveraging services, repositories, and domain-driven design patterns.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline adoption for Laravel apps—automating deployments, testing, and security scans using tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
- Collaborate with product managers and QA leads to translate specs into technical tasks, backlog grooming, and sprint planning for agile teams.
- Conduct code reviews,



enforce PSR standards, and maintain technical debt registers to uphold codebase integrity and long-term extensibility.
- Own application performance: profile and optimise queries, cache strategies, and API responses to ensure sub-second latency for critical user flows.
