You'll be working on production systems in fintech and automation, not toy projects, with the AI tooling to move at a pace that wasn't possible two years ago.

What You'll Do

- Design and build scalable web applications end-to-end with Laravel and Vue.js
- Architect backend services - APIs, queues, jobs, caching, auth - that hold up under real production load
- Build fast, responsive frontend experiences with Vue.js
- Own performance: query optimization, schema design, application tuning
- Work daily with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Windsurf, and similar) for generation, refactoring, debugging, and documentation, and know how to rigorously review what they produce for quality, security, and correctness
- Collaborate closely with product,



design, and QA in a small, quick-moving team
- Shape our engineering standards as we push deeper into AI-assisted development

What Makes You a Fit

Backend

- Laravel (3+ years): MVC, Eloquent, Middleware, Auth
- RESTful API design and security
- Queues, Jobs, Events, Notifications, Caching
- MySQL and relational DB performance

Frontend

- Strong hands-on Vue.js (Composition or Options API)
- JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Vuex/Pinia state management
- API integration, responsive design

Non-Negotiable

- Genuine, daily fluency with AI-assisted coding tools - not just occasional use. We use tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Windsurf, and are always evaluating new ones (Bolt, v0, Lovable, etc.) - you should be comfortable picking up whatever gets the job done.
