Experience with HRMS/CRM is mandatory and candidates without relevant HRMS/CRM experience will not be considered.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Laravel Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and RESTful APIs, along with experience working on HRMS or CRM applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards.
- Design and optimise MySQL databases and queries.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Implement application security and performance optimisation best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
- Work with Git for version control and team collaboration.
- Stay updated with the latest Laravel and PHP development trends.
- Work on enhancements, integrations, and modules related to HRMS/CRM applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel development.
- Mandatory: Previous experience working on HRMS or CRM products/applications.
- Strong knowledge of Core PHP, Laravel Framework, and MVC architecture.
- Experience with MySQL database design and optimisation.




- Good understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub or other version control systems.
- Understanding of authentication, middleware, routing, and Eloquent ORM.
- Experience with third-party API integrations is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Linux servers and deployment processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Laravel packages such as Sanctum, Passport, Spatie, or Laravel Excel is preferred.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean is an added advantage.
- Prior experience working on HRMS/CRM modules, workflows, integrations, or business applications will be preferred.
