About Bliss Landscaping Bliss Landscaping (Ecoflash Initiative and Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is a premium landscape design and contracting company working across Kerala and Dubai, UAE. We build high-end residential, commercial and hospitality landscapes, bringing together design, horticulture and engineering on every site.

About the Role We're looking for a Landscape Engineer who can take a project from drawing to handover. You will run sites day to day. That means turning design drawings into built work on time, within budget, and to the finish quality our clients expect. This is a hands-on execution role, not a desk job.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution

- Run landscape projects on site from start to handover: hardscape, softscape, irrigation, lighting and water features
- Read and interpret landscape, civil and irrigation drawings, and set them out accurately on site
- Plan the daily and weekly work schedule and keep the project on timeline
- Supervise labour teams and subcontractors, and assign work to the right people each day

Technical & Quality

- Oversee site grading, levels, drainage, soil preparation and planting
- Install and test irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, automation)
- Check quality at every stage and fix defects before the client sees them
- Make sure plants are handled, planted and established correctly

Materials & Vendors

- Work out material quantities (BOQ support) and raise requirements on time
- Coordinate with nurseries,



stone suppliers and vendors on deliveries and quality
- Track material use on site and control wastage

Reporting & Documentation

- Send daily site reports with progress photos
- Keep measurement records for billing
- Flag delays, risks and cost overruns early to the project lead
- Prepare handover documentation and as-built notes

Client & Team Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, civil contractors and clients on site
- Represent Bliss professionally on site, with a clean site, a disciplined team and clear communication
- Enforce site safety rules

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' experience in landscape execution (landscaping firm or contractor)
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Agriculture, Horticulture or Landscape
- Can read drawings and set out on site
- Working knowledge of hardscape, softscape and irrigation
- Comfortable managing labour teams
- Two-wheeler and licence preferred; willing to travel to sites across Kerala
- Languages: Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus for labour coordination)

Positive to Have

- AutoCAD basics
- Experience on premium villa, resort or commercial projects
- Gulf or UAE landscaping experience
