Who we are

Bliss Landscaping is a landscape design and contracting company working in Kerala and Dubai. We build gardens and outdoor spaces for homes, resorts and commercial projects, and we care a lot about how the finished work looks and lasts.

The role, in simple words

You will be the person who turns a landscape drawing into a finished garden on site. You plan the work, lead the team, manage materials and make sure the project is done on time and done well.

What you'll do

- Run landscape sites from start to handover
- Read drawings and mark out the work on site
- Handle hardscape (paving, stone, pathways), softscape (soil, grass, planting) and irrigation
- Plan daily work and guide the labour team
- Work out material needs and coordinate with suppliers and nurseries
- Check quality at every stage and fix issues early
- Share a short daily update with photos
- Coordinate with clients, architects and contractors on site

What we're looking for





- 2+ years of hands-on landscape site experience
- Degree or diploma in Civil, Agriculture, Horticulture or Landscape
- Comfortable reading drawings and leading a team
- Good communication in Malayalam and English
- Willing to travel to sites; two-wheeler preferred

Nice to have

- AutoCAD basics
- Experience on villa, resort or Gulf projects
