Role Description The Land Liaison role is a full-time, on-site position based in Barmer. The role involves coordinating with landowners, local authorities, and community stakeholders to facilitate land-related activities and secure necessary permissions. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate land records, supporting documentation and compliance processes, and assisting in negotiations related to land acquisition or leasing.

Liaison will also monitor land use, address concerns from local communities, and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements. This position requires regular field visits,



clear communication, and effective relationship management to support the company’s projects in the Barmer area.

Qualifications

- Strong stakeholder and community relationship skills, including the ability to liaise with landowners, local authorities, and community representatives.
- Proficiency in managing land documentation, record-keeping, and basic understanding of land-related legal and regulatory processes.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain terms, resolve concerns, and build trust.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple sites, visits, and documentation requirements.
- Ability to work in office in Barmer, conduct regular field visits, and adapt to varying local conditions.
- Basic computer literacy for handling reports, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
- Prior experience in land liaison, real estate, infrastructure, or related field is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in fields such as Real Estate, Land Management, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
